Noah is NINE (oh, and it finally snowed!)

Yes indeed, today, Noah is nine.  As they say, "time flies when you're having fun..."  Yup, these 9 years have gone by pretty quickly.  Can't believe that next year he'll be in double digits!  This year, Noah decided to do a party "on the half" so he & his friends can do something "summer-ish" like swimming or maybe an amusement park or ?? - so, the big party will be in July sometime.  :)  He did open presents today, took treats to school, I made him a birthday cake and he got to pick a restaurant to eat at (IHOP).  Not too shabby.  ;)

We finally got some snow worth mentioning and our snow babies had a great time playing in the snow this weekend.  However, weather being what it is in Ohio this year, the snow is already gone and our snowmen are 2 small lumps in the yard - the only snow that remains from the 3-4" that we had.

Also, Noah was in a musical last weekend called "The Musical Adventures of Flat Stanley."  As far as musicals go, this wasn't all that spectacular, but he still had a good time.  The Drama Club at the high school did the show and invited select members of Touring Company (the elementary performance group at the Arts Magnet) as well as members of the Arts Magnet middle school show choir to participate.  They performed for all of the elementary students in the district on Friday during the school day and then had a public performance on Saturday night.
