Pumpkin Carving

The weather and our schedule never really worked together for us to be able to go out to Suter's to pick our pumpkin this year, so we selected our pumpkins from everyone's favorite one stop shop - Walmart. So no exciting pictures of searching for the ultimate pumpkin. :(

Michael and Noah did have fun carving the pumpkins though - Noah is becoming much more adept at pumpkin carving - he cut out the triangle eyes and the noses himself! He also helped clean up the "hair" and the mouth of one of the pumpkins. He got the idea of adding bugs, snakes and spiders to his pumpkins from FamilyFun magazine. We trick or treat on Thursday (don't ask - no one really knows why) so be sure to check back for pictures of that!

Happy Halloween! (and more importantly, Happy Reformation! :D which, btw, Noah "dressed up" as Martin Luther for Reformation Sunday - all black clothing, a ski hat and he wanted to carry around a Lutheran Service Book lol)
